A company's rank is based on two factors:
- The number of member recommendations received
- How much attention a company is receiving in the community via the level of activity by way of new straws and valuations
If a large number of Strawman members are adding a certain company to their scorecard, the company will trend upwards in the ranking. The opposite will occur if too many members remove a company from their scorecards, with the company tending downwards in the ranking.
